Guess What!!!
Hi Everyone, it’s me again and I am back. I know I said I would try to write more often but you know how things go.
Well do you want to hear the latest????? Well read on and you will see the interesting twist to my last entry.
Well as you know, we had sold our lovely home in St Neots in December and we were buying a nice new house in Leeds. I must admit I cried when we sold our house as I didn’t want to move to Leeds.
As Christmas was approaching I was very stressed as the move was getting closer and I knew it would be our last Christmas in St Neots.
On Christmas Eve we were on our way to a Panto in St Albans when David took a phone call from a company in Essex. This company had called a few times before but nothing had really come of it. Over Christmas we discussed their offer of David going down to Essex to see them. At first he turned them down as we had made commitments to move to Leeds. They managed to persuade David to go and see them.
After he returned home he told me that they had offered him a job!! We didn’t know what to do and then I said it was up to him as it was his job offer. I was actually hoping he would take it so that we wouldn’t have to go to Leeds.
After days of mind bending thinking and weighing up pros and cons for both jobs!!!! Guess what!! He decided to take the Essex offer.
