Found It!!
On the second week of searching things were a bit better. The viewings were better and we were finding ourselves looking in Colchester.
We had 7 houses to view and there were some really nice ones. Just before the end of this line of houses we were starting to feel dispondent as the secret grabbing feeling wasn’t there. THEN!!!!! The final house looked quite promising from the outside!!!
YES!!!!! It was lovely!!! You will be surprised when I tell you what it is like. It has three floors and 5 bedrooms. 2 have en-suites and it has a family bathroom with a shower as well. A downstairs loo and a study. Oh and a dining room and a kitchen breakfast room!! Oh and a double garage and drive way and a reasonable sized back garden. A bit if a surprise considering it is a new house built by Persimmon Homes in 2003.
We offered and they accepted!!! So on to the solicitors we go!!! Get that ball rolling again as we didn’t have much time left.
David finished at Leeds and started to commute on a daily basis to Essex. Time to find a School for Tiff and a pre-school for James!!
