Well what have I been up to lately??? Let me see!! Not a huge amount really. I have finally decorated the downstairs loo. It was much easier to do than our last one. That was like working in a shoe box, but this time was quite easy.
It has been half term for us this week and we haven’t been able to do much as we had some snow. I did spend two hours on Tuesday morning building a snowman for the kids, but they went in and left me to it.. My neighbour thought I was totally mad but bless her she did make me a cuppa. It was a well dressed snow man with a nice hat and scarf. Even the postman thought it was cool.
I did go to Adventureland with a couple of my friends and their kids on Thursday. My god it was so busy!!!! The kids had a great time and that’s all that matters.
Friday (yesterday) I went back to St Neots to visit some of my friends. It is always lovely to go back and see everyone, but it does take a fair bit of planning. James enjoyed catching up with Niamh and Daniel and I enjoyed catching up with Sarah and Colette.
I also went to see Maria and Linda. My friend Kerry had her baby and called her Milly. She is so cute and she is one month old. It is the first time that I had seen her and I enjoyed having cuddles with her.
I love living in Colchester as it has lots to offer the kids and I can never see myself moving back to either St Neots or Letchworth.
