Kids again!!
We had such fun at the weekend!! We went to stay with my inlaws before they return to Spain and had a very fun time. On Saturday, dad suggested going to the park, at first we were all a bit reluctant as it was very windy, but all went in the end apart from mum who stayed behind for a nap. We went on the swings and roundabout and the seesaw. The seesaw was a great laugh!! Dad and I were on one end and David was on the other, well what can I say!! We probably looked completely daft but we didn’t care. We weren’t the only parents playing on the kiddies equipment. A very good time was had by all and James seems to have got over the fear of the dizzy feeling that you get from roundabouts and swings. So there is hope for us yet when we get on the plane this summer to fly to Spain.
Mum cooked the lovliest Chicken Pasta bake that I have ever tasted. Everything she cooks is wonderful and I certainly enjoy it!!
On Sunday we went to Dunelms, and yes we did end up buying things as you can’t help it if you go there. I just got some accessories to finish off our bedroom and ensuite. We had the yummiest lamb for dinner and it was a good job that mum put it in the oven before we went out as we were out for ages. Then after clearing up and having a final cuppa it was time to be on our way home.
Thank you mum and dad for a lovely weekend!! We really enjoyed our stay.
