BBQ
Hi everyone!! Sorry for not writing earlier about the BBQ we had for Davids’ Birthday. You know what it’s like when you are getting everything possible done before going on holiday.
Well it was a great success and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. The food went down a treat and we didn’t have much left at the end of the evening. My sister and her family kindly stayed behind and helped us clean up. You can read more about the day on Davids blog. I was very busy cooking and trying to make sure everyone was well stocked with drinks and food. David did all of the socialising as it was his party.
We had friends and family come from various counties and were very pleased that our friends Kim and Siobhan and their daughter Eleanor were able to be there on the day as we hadn’t been able to get together for over two years. On the whole a very exhausting but successful day.
