Didn’t the time come round quickly for yet another bonfire night?? Where has this year gone? I can not believe how fast it has gone by!!
On Saturday we went to Castle Park to watch the annual fireworks. Last year was our first time here as we moved in March. We were impressed by the fireworks so decided to try it again this year.
They were excellent and we all had a thoroughly good time. There was lots of fun leading up to the fireworks being set off and the atmosphere was amazing. From what I could see, the park was almost full to capacity with almost 10,000 people there. It is well worth a visit as the display is very well planned and organised. Another excellent year in Colchester!!
It wasn’t too difficult getting out of the park after the fireworks were over. Everyone filed out in a decent manner and we were not pushed or shoved at all. We felt very safe and will probably be going again next year.
