Brinkley Grove Christmas Fayre
Well despite a set back this weekend the Christmas Fayre will go ahead as planned this Friday, the 2nd of December from 5pm to 7pm.
At the weekend, some vandalism was caused at the school with the shed being broken into and the culprits ruined our Santa’s Grotto, took wine, edibles, like chocolate biscuits, and a load of toys which had been bought and collected over the last few months. Hopefully the CCTV cameras have picked something up so that whoever committed this awful act will get prosecuted.
Most of the toys were strewn over the park across the road and all of the biscuits had been eaten and the rubbish left in the park. We have spent the day talking to local businesses who have again donated gifts to help us replace what was lost. We thank them for their generosity.
We will not allow these mindless vandals to ruin the fun for the children and families of Brinkley Grove!! Therefore any more donations would be greatly received from anyone who reads this page. I thank you in advance!! Come along and join in the fun this Friday!!
