London
Today the German students had to be in school by 8:30am to get the coach to London. Unfortunately the English students had to spend the day in school as many of them are doing GCSE coursework. They were leaving school at 4pm to join their partners in London so that they could all see the Lion King at the theatre.
The German students went this morning so that they could visit Madam Tusaudes, The London Eye, and they walked alongside the river Thames from Westminster to the Tower. I will find out how it was once they return home.
It will be a very late night as they are not due back to school until Midnight. It will be a very long day for them all, and for me as I will have to wait up so that I can go and collect them. I will wait for Mr Reader to telephone me so that I can start the telephone tree once again.
Unfortunatley tomorrow will be another long day for the students as the Germans return home and we have to get them to school for 8:30am. So a very late night followed by an early morning. All the students involved will be at school by the same time so that they can say goodbye to their partners. Then our students will go to class and do their normal school day, and they will have to catch up on work that they have missed during this last week.
I will update you on the London trip tomorrow once I have spoken to the girls and I will also write an entry on my thoughts to the whole experience, not only for me, but for Tiffany and my family.
