Long Time No Write!
Oh dear I have not been very good at keeping my blog up to date recently! Well here goes!!
Well since David’s swimathon, a few things have gone on. We had Easter of course and I took the children up to Warboys so we could stay for a few days with David and mum and dad. We had a very nice time despite the fact that I had a chest infection which really knocked me for six. I don’t think that I have ever felt that bad where breathing and coughing is concerned. I don’t want that back again I can tell you!! A fab time catching up with Sally and her family and Sue and hers. We had a lovely dinner out where we all had a thoroughly good time.
We had a bit of work done at home with putting a door in the side of the garage so that we don’t have to keep bringing the bikes out past my little ROO. We have a path too which all looks rather nice and tidy. We are very pleased with the work. I still want a few things done in the garden, but at the moment I am concentrating on getting the grass moss free and nice and lush again.
With David away all week, the weekends have been hectic but full of family activities. It has been nice to have good weather so we have been able to take advantage and get some really nice bike rides in. As it has been nice, the gym has not been attended very much, but we are still keeping fit with the bike rides and running. I will update the running in a different post.
Tiff is revising very hard and is doing extremely well so far. We will be proud whatever results she achieves as we know she has worked very hard in all subjects. Keep it up Tiff!! Your hard work will be rewarded. James is still cute and doing well at school. He has just gone onto young reader books and is no longer on the Oxford reading tree. We are so proud of him to for achieving that. Well done to both of you!!
