Saturday
Today was forecast to be hot and sunny but it was a strange day. Sun one moment, cloud the next and spots of rain in between. We lounged around in the morning and then when it brightened up a bit we went to the locl pub and had a drink and sandwiches in their garden.
We then did a bit of shopping and went home to Sally’s to lounge some more. After the busy time we had had I found that everytime I sat down the old eyes drooped and I nodded off. I will confess that I woke myself up snoring!!!!
We had a wonderful Lasagna with salad for dinner and then relaxed with the tele. We have been following ‘Hells Kitchen’ and watched that to see how our favboured amateur chefs were getting on.
