The Weather
We are happy, sadly, to say that the recent heat wave is over! The last three days have been much cooler with quite a bit of cloud and even a spot of nuisance rain which was not even enough to help the plants in the garden or settle the dust but left dusty rain spots everywhere.
Temperatures are still way up in the 20s but we are not missing the searing heat of the previous couple of weeks.
