Photo Gallery
Just as I had got settled into a routine of card making, David decided to move our family photo gallery to another site. I think that’s the right terminology!
This, of course, meant more learning as things work a bit different. I received, what seemed to me, reams of instructions from David all wrapped up in technical jargon which I didn’t understand. Now, as David will delight in telling you, I am a bit thick coming to terms with new things, especially when it tends to be a bit technical. I don’t do bad for a Grandma of 7 and being a pensioner to boot though!
Well, I sat with notes at hand and logged into the new Gallery and our Weblog site very determined that I would master this without having to go back to David with the usual “I don’t understand it!”
I mastered most of it but of course inevitably still managed to find some questions to ask. The reply I got from David was that he would get Alison to respond on his behalf. Oh dear, I must have really p****d him off!
Alison emailed me and said that David had asked her to respond as he thought I would understand it more from a woman’s viewpoint. What he really meant, I think, was that she would tell me in layman’s language what I wanted to know! Well I understood all answers beautifully Alison and I thank you as I am now fully proficient and feel I deserve a gold star!
I will be including some piccies in a later blog just to prove I’ve mastered it!
