We flew back to the UK on Tuesday 19th April. Unfortunately we had a 2 hour delay at Alicante, then sat on the runway for what seemed ages before we actually took off and on arrival at Stanstead the plane hovered and circled as though the pilot was lost and could not find the runway! [...]

Up early and after a quick cup of tea we dashed to the shops. Focus first stop, this being the nearest DIY shop to us to purchase 7 pots of emulsion in 3 different colours, some brilliant white paint and a good quality roller and we were ready to go!
